In loving memory ~
Our Eddie left this realm suddenly on February 16th, 2023. He was the youngest boy in a large, blended family (Beedles and Ballantynes) consisting of 11 children. Eddie's pride and joy in his life were his two children: Lindsay (Gavin) Fitzgerald and Ehren Beedle. He also leaves behind two grandsons Angus and Fergus. Eddie made friends wherever he went, and he was a wanderer even living the last few years with wheels under his home.
Backpacking in Asia, camping in New Zealand, boondocking through the States, and visiting Europe were some of his adventures. His extensive knowledge of British Columbia was from his own exploration of the province of his birth. He learned to recognize and utilize the gifts provided by mother earth and tried to educate others as well. Whatever he had he wanted to share be it material or knowledge. His infectious smile and nature-loving ways will be greatly missed by all he left behind.
Eddie we love you, we miss you, and we will remember you always with love filling our hearts. A celebration of Eddie's life is being planned for late March 2023. The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers or donations that you spend a happy moment thinking of Eddie, preferably in nature, his favourite place to be.
