It is with sadness the family of Elisabeth Cindy Collins announce her passing. Cindy was born October 14, 1961 and passed away on May 19, 2010.
Celebration of Life was held on Friday, May 28th 2010 at the College of New Caledonia Atrium.
Cindy is lovingly remember by her husband Jack Collins, daughters Crystal Smith, Alissa Collins and son Ricky Smith, sister Bernice (Marcelle), brothers Johnny (Manick), Ronny (Ursula), and Randy. Grandchildren Ethan, Dayton, Myah and Janica Elizabeth. Also a large extended family and many lifelong friends.
Cindy is predeceased by her father John Sayers, mother Lily Sayers and sister Bonnie Sayers.
The family wishes to thank all those who have supported them during this difficult time.
Cindy will truly be missed and forever loved.
