The family of Ellen Cruikshank sadly announce her passing peacefully on Aug. 19, 2013 at Dunrovin Park Lodge Hospice House.
Ellen was born Dec. 22, 1925 in Lone Butte, BC. She married Donald Cruikshank Dec. 19, 1958 in Kamloops, BC.
The couple lived in
the Quesnel area for 71 years.
Ellen is survived by her husband Donald, two daughters; Elaine Brownmiller and Leslie (Gordon) Huartson, 2 grandchildren Hilary Wagner and Ryan Huartson, 4 great grandchildren; Travis, Ariana, Aelish and Aubrey.
She is predeceased by her parents Rosalia and Antonio Bikadi, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and son in-law Harold Brownmiller.
At Ellen’s request there will be no service, only a private family interment.

The family wishes
