It is with great sadness that the family of Fern Moffat announce her peaceful passing at home, surrounded by family, on August 15, 2021, at 90 years of age.
Mom was born April 11, 1931 in Big River Saskatchewan, the first of four children born to Leo and Martha (Swanson) Ethier.
Mom was loved by all who knew her. She was generous to her loved ones and friends. She lived for her family and worked hard all her life to support her children.
She is survived by her five children: Merv (Marcie) Hansen, Diana (Brian) McDougall, Randy (Cheryl) Hansen, Cathy Lamb, and Howie (Tanya) Hansen, sister Fay (Harvey) Moxness, fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
Mom was predeceased by her brothers Robert and Dale Ethier.
The family thanks Dr. Martins for her many years of compassionate care.
