It is with great sadness that the family of Glen Mighton announce his peaceful passing on Dec.10, 2019. After a long and difficult battle with cancer.
Glen Mighton was born in Quesnel BC to Mildred Annie (Mufford) Mighton and Douglas Charles Mighton of Moose Heights, Quesnel BC.
A dedicated rancher, husband and father his entire life. Glen never missed a day even in his final month. Making sure the cattle were fed and the crops were in before settling down for supper at his ranch north of Quesnel.
Glen is lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years. Gail Ann (Lovell) Mighton. Two sons Todd Mighton and Jody Mighton. Daughter-in-law Jolene Faust. Grandchildren Emma, Alexis and Kohan. As well as his daughter Loretta (Mighton) Schisler and husband Kyle Schisler. Grandchildren Cash and Colt. As well as brothers, sisters, friends and extended family.
Today and everyday we will honor his hard working dedicated, loving and gentle kind spirit. Truly one of the best.
A memorial service will be held in 2020 or 2021. Cremation took place at Quesnel cemetery.
Thank you Quesnel, from Glen Mightons family.
