It is with heartfelt sadness that the family of Gloria Robinson announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, at GR Baker Memorial Hospital on March 8th 2017.

Gloria was born September 21st, 1929 in Morden, Manitoba to Fredrick and Thelma Crook. She went to school in Winnipeg, MB and worked for the Manitoba Government after graduation. In 1954, she moved to Quesnel, B.C. where she married Ross Robinson and raised her three children. From the time she arrived in Quesnel, Gloria had worked at most of the various banks until her retirement from CIBC in Feb. 1990.

Mom’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She was the life and entertainment of any party! She loved to travel, bowl, go camping, make paper bag cards and play games, especially scrabble, with her good friend Lynn Tingley.

Gloria was an extremely giving lady and volunteered her time to such organizations as the CWL, the Golden Centre, and the Legion, and she was always one to help a friend in need.

Gloria will be greatly missed by her children, Gini (Roger) Harvey, Carl Robinson and

Sue (Randy) Lowe.

Nana/Grandma will always hold a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren;

Joelle (Trevor) Harvey, Bee (Kieran) Nikula, Erik Robinson, Cheryl (John) Wilms,

And her Great grandchildren; Zachary and Rylan MacLean, Hannah and Braden Wilms, Gabrielle Aubut-Martinson, Megan and Leif Martinson, Rachael, Ryan and Brooke Lowe, Jaxson Coffey.
