It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gordon Larson on November 6, 2008.
Cremation preceded the service.
Gordon was born November 26, 1917 in Sturgis, Sask. where he lived and worked on the family farm until the age of 40. He then moved to Vancouver Island where he worked on the construction of two pulp mills. He then moved to Quesnel finding employment at Dunkley Mills until he retired at the age of 60.
Gordon belonged to the Senior’s Group in Quesnel.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ida and stepdaughter Evelyn.
He was predeceased by his mother, father, brother and three sisters.
A funeral service was held for Gordon at the Golden Centre in Quesnel, B.C. on November 14, 2008.
