Hans is survived by his wife of 51 years Yvonne (Farquhar), Daughters Erika (Steve) Kirsten (Bob) and Deborah (Tim); Grand children Jamie, Hannah, Griffin and Nicklaus.
Predeceased by his mother Luise Brinkert, father Hans Brinkert, brother Horst and Son Hans Edward.
Hans was an avid volunteer for the Quesnel Legion and loved his time as care taker of the Legion Beach (Hans was a very social person so the Beach was perfect). He will be greatly missed.
The Family wished to thank Dunrovin Park Lodge for their amazing care given to Hans while he was in their care.
There will be no service at the request of the deceased.
