Harold Gentleman passed away peacefully on July 7, 2012 at the age of 92. He leaves behind children Lawrence (Delina), Dianne Phipps (Al), Gloria Weber (Mike), nine grandchildren and their spouses, and nine great grandchildren.
Harold and his wife Agnes (deceased 2009) moved to B.C. in 1947 and raised their three children in the Prince George, Quesnel and Wells area. They had been in Quesnel since 1966.
Harold had many hobbies and interests and was always ready to give his children a helping hand, from building a barn to plowing a garden to building toys for the grandchildren.
A memorial service was held for Harold on July 14, 2012 at Clayton’s Funeral Chapel.
The family wishes to thank Home Care Nursing, Dr. Leroux, Dr. A Erlank, Kim Keeler, Mercedes Szmek, and neighbour George Grieve for the extraordinary care and friendship they provided to dad over the years, which enabled him to remain in the home he loved.
