Hermine Chlebek passed away on December 18, 2017 in GR Baker Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Czechoslovakia on April 9, 1927 and emigrated to Canada with her husband and son in 1955.
She was predeceased by her husband Jaroslav (Jerry) and is survived by her son Herb, daughter-in-law Bonnie and her grandchildren Eric and Alissa.
Hermine was known for her friendly smile and will be missed by all who knew her.
