It is with great sadness that the family of Homer Francis Waffle announces his passing. He passed away peacefully with family by his side.
He is survived by his partner Ruby Zappone, his sons Steve and Brady (Jamie), his son in law Mike Zimmer, his grandchildren Bryston, Braedan, Steven, Erin, brothers Hugh, Mike and Patrick, and aunt Wilma. He was predeceased by his daughter Jolaine.
Homer worked in the pulp and paper industry beginning in Nanaimo before moving to Quesnel in 1972 to work at Cariboo Pulp and Paper where he worked until retirement.
Homer had a passion for the outdoors. He loved camping, fishing, bike riding and skiing. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Due to the current pandemic there will be no service held at this time.
