With greatest of sadness we say good bye to a husband, father, grandfather, stepfather, great-grandfather and uncle.
Jake managed and operated Patrick Equipment in Prince George for years.
He is survived by his spouse of 27 years Ethel Yates, daughters Rachelle (Rayjean), Valerie (Jason); sons Daniel, Greg (Tova); stepdaughter Lori (Don) Johnson; stepson Billy Yates; seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Many thanks to Dr. H. Smith, Dr. F.P. Vandyk and many nurses at the hospital and the home care team.
Service in Quesnel at Clayton's Funeral Home December 15, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Luncheon to follow.
