It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Scott Stevenson, age 51, of Quesnel, B.C. on Sunday, July 25th, 2010. Scott was the much loved son of Willa Westerlund and Frank Stevenson (who passed away in November of 2009).
Scott was loved by many and will be greatly missed by his daughters Melanie (Jason), Jessie (Lyle), Alicia (Matt), son Austin (Julie), grandchildren; Brittany, Tiffany, Dayne, Metia, Kolton, Quaellen, Emma, Hailey, Cadence, Seth, Corben, and Carter, his brothers Rick (Linda), Brad (Cathy), and Kent, his nieces Jennifer (Rob) and Ashley, nephew David, great niece Kally, great nephew Corbin, step mother Jean Stevenson and his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Scott is also survived by many friends, all of who Scott considered family.
In lieu of a service a BBQ will be held in Scott’s honour at the home of Brad and Cathy Stevenson at 252 Scott Road on Saturday, July 31 at 4 pm. We invite Scott’s friends and family to attend in the celebration of Scott’s life. This is an informal pot-luck event; please bring your lawn chair and favourite “Scott stories”.
