In Loving Memory ~

It is with broken hearts that we announce Leisa's passing after a brave six week battle with cancer.

Born in Vancouver on February 24th, 1967 and raised in Quesnel, Leisa is survived by her parents Irvin and Anne Garry and brother Michael (Julia). Also continuing on her legacy are her loving and devoted family: husband George, whom she was married to for 30 long and meaningful years, daughters Emma and Megan, and son Cole. All of whom remained unwaveringly by her side throughout this journey.

Leisa's zest for life was evident in all that she did. Her laugh and smile were infectious and able to brighten any room. She was ferociously passionate about helping others, in her personal life and at Dunrovin Park Lodge. Leisa never stopped learning and continued education throughout her life, always with a focus on holistic health and being of service to others. Forming new friendships and spreading joy and positivity came naturally to her.

However, her greatest joy was her family. She loved reading and writing, gardening, and creating delicious, wholesome meals for whomever was lucky enough to drop in or be invited that day. She impacted and was loved by so many. She will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life, suited to the kind and bright soul that she was, will be held on June 21st from 2-5pm at 2782 Datoff Rd.

All who loved her are welcome.
