It is with broken hearts of sadness that the family of Leo Micheal Uhrich regrets to announce his passing on June 29th 2015 at the G.R. Baker Memorial hospital. After a brief illness, with loved ones at his side Leo passed peacefully. He will be missed dearly by his sons Dan (Darlene), Mike, Kevin (Moe), And his granddaughter Tory. As well as his long time partner Adi: His many nieces, nephews, good friends and, mother to his 4 children forever friend, Marva. Leo will be sadly missed by all of his siblings. Helen (Russell), Ann, Ella (George), Joe (Patsy), Leigh (Mitch), Val (Ruth), Don (Pat), Len (Bea). Leo was employed at Weldwood for many years, until he had the enjoyment of retirement. Leo liked to fish. And to build, most anything that could be built. He was not one to sit around, unless he was in the company of family and friends. That was one of the few reasons he would be willing to sit idle. Leo was born to Michael and Ethel Uhrich on January 25th 1930 in Masefield, Saskatchewan. Leo was predeceased by his only daughter Patricia Anne, who passed away on April 13th of this year. With open arms she has greeted her beloved father. May you both rejoice in the sweet peace of heaven. One day may we all be blessed to meet again. Our memories of yesterday are inspiration for our tomorrow’s.

We love you so.

Always is Forever.

There is my picture in the paper with some words of my life, and death. My legacy I leave in my sons, and memories for the rest. Some folks will think me good, others may think me bad. Some will remember happy, others may remember sad. The sun will still rise in the morning, and set every night. The moon will hang high in the sky, the stars will still shine bright. Thou I have gone and left all that I love, I’am really not far away I’am watching from above. I believe I have built my stairs to heaven, one step at a time. All the memories of my life I must now leave behind. For each of you that cared please hold our memories most dear. And keep me in your heart, where forever I’ll be near. I know heavens doors open for all whom he calls home. I’m with my other loved ones, I’am not alone. Till we meet again.

Keep smiling. Always is forever.
