Sadly at the age of 79, Leona E Allard passed away peacefully at home January 5, 2020.
Her loving caregivers Len and Mary Howe were by her side. Leona's family are deeply grateful for the love, comfort and care she received from the staff of GR Baker Hospital, as well as previous and current staff with Dengarry Professional Services.
uring her time in Quesnel, Leona made many friends, especially her bowling buddies. Sadly, due to health concerns, she had to give up bowling. On TD banking days the jovial, friendly and compassionate staff would make her feel extra special. Recently, the highlight of her day was a visit to the Quesnel Bakery, where staff always greeted her with courtesy, smiles and conversation. Her quick wit, her laughter and even her stubbornness will be missed by all of us.
Leona leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Thank you Quesnel for giving my Aunt the best years of her life these past 19 years. Karen Robertson
