Lil passed away on September 24, 2007 at the age of 76 after a lengthy stay in Baker Lodge.
Lil lived most of her life in Quesnel where she made many friendships.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters Valda Montgomery (James) of Quesnel and Nona Mitchell of Vernon. As well as seven granddaughters and thirteen great grandchildren.
She is survived by her two brothers Clarence Nelson of Kamloops and Jim Nelson of Armstrong.
A special thanks to all those involved in the daily care and happiness of Lil over the last few years, and to her wonderful friends Gerry Schneck, Chris Kimpton and Rose Richards.
No service will be held by Lil’s request.
