In Loving Memory ~
The gentle hearted Lucille Beaumont passed away the early morning of January 10, at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC. She is now at peace with her loving Lord and Savior Jesus. She was born March 30, 1938, and adopted by Dan and Claira Bedard.
As I write this obituary (Granddaughter Rae) I think of my Nana, Lucille, a woman of great courage and strength. She was a woman of strong faith and great hope. God was her shepherd, the one who guided her through tough times and rejoiced with her during the good. He was her comfort, and her strength when she needed it.
My Nana was a living example of someone who does not give up despite the trials she faced or the battles she endured. It is this strength and courage that I can hope for and hang onto during difficult times such as that in which we have experienced in the past two months.
Her memory will continue to live on through us all, giving us strength. Generation after generation she will always be a part of us. Although she may be gone, she is not lost and is not forgotten. I know she is with her loving husband David, her beautiful daughter Gina and many other loved ones.
Lucille loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed. If she could tell you anything it would be to "Keep smiling, do not give up. The Lord has plans for us all."
The last words she ever said to me were "I love you so much. You will always be my girl."
Lucille is predeceased by her parents, her loving husband David; her daughter Gina, son-in-law Doug and her grandchild (unnamed).
She is survived by her family; children Angie, Anita (Robert), George (Lanita); grandchildren Jonathan, Alycia, Rae, Sara, Dez, Josh, and Gabrielle along with 7 great-grandchildren.
On behalf of the family, they would like everyone to know that a celebration of life service will be held for Lucille and David Beaumont, in Quesnel March 19, 2022
