It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marcy Brennan Donnelly on September 1st, 2009. She fought a courageous battle with cancer over the past 2.5 years. Her strength and determination is what she will be remembered for. Marcy was born January 20th, in Angusville, Manitoba. The family lived in Vernon, Albert Canyon, and Revelstoke, finally settling in Clinton in 1958. She stayed in Clinton till she married in 1972. She gave birth to Deanna in 1974 and Ardella in 1975, both in 100 Mile House. They moved to Quesnel where she was widowed in 1977. She remarried in 1992. She remained in Quesnel until 1996, when she returned to Clinton to care for her father Stan. She really enjoyed fishing, camping, and curling. She is survived by her mother Lena, her daughters Deanna (Jeff), Ardella, grandsons Skyler, Kirkland, and Brennan. Also, younger sisters Gwen and Janet, brother Glen, several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends. A Celebration of Life was held at the Clinton Legion on Sunday Sept. 6th.
