It is with great sadness that the family of Matthew Foisy announces his passing away on December 24, 2012. He was 40 years old.
He is survived by his Mother Darliene Foisy, brothers; Daniel and Vincent Foisy, sister; Saralyn Giguere, neices; Sapphire White (Karl Coates) and Chayla Giguere, nephews; Robert and Jack Giguere, great nephews; Avery and Elliott Coates and grandparents Terri and Gordon Hames. He also leaves many Aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
Matthew was predeceased by his father Howard Foisy and his sister Jessica Foisy.
We would like to thank the ambulance service, the doctors and nurses at G.R. Baker Hospital for trying so hard to save him.
Our heartfelt thanks also to the staff at Mental Health, the staff at Dengarry and Grace Young for always being there for him. Thank you to the many, many people that Matt was happy and proud to call his friends.
We greatly appreciate all the cards, flowers, gifts of food, visits and phone calls.
