Norma Mable Heppner

It is with sadness the family of Norma Heppner announces her passing after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Norma was born in Vancouver, B.C. and was predeceased by her parents Gorden and Elizabeth Gutteridge.

Her family lived in Vancouver, Toronto and Penticton before moving to Quesnel in 1953.

Norma married Edward A. Heppner in 1957 and they moved onto a farm by Dragon lake, where they resided for almost fifty years.

She enjoyed raising animals, horseback riding, gardening, needlepoint, knitting and crocheting.

Norma is survived by her husband Edward, daughter Jo-Anne, son Edward, four grandchildren; Jayson (Jennifer), Teri, Edward and Victoria (James), two great grandchildren; Richard and Chloe, as well as her only sister Marion (Mario).

The family wishes to thank Dr. Casses, Dr. Grapes and the nurses on the third floor of the G.R. Baker Memorial hospital for the care that Norma received.
