The family regrets to announce the passing of Patricia Doreen Kwiatkowski on December 27, 2007 after a brave battle with cancer.
She was born April 1, 1948 in Quesnel, B.C.
Pat married Edward Kwiatkowski in Quesnel on June 4, 1967 and lived her entire life in Quesnel.
She was a very spiritual woman who loved the outdoors and wildlife. She was a talented creative artist who will be remembered for her painted rocks, wood carvings and colorful quilts. Her talents did not end there. She was an avid gardener with a great love for flowers.
Mom had a big heart and would lend a hand to her neighbours even when she herself was quite ill. All who knew her loved her and she will be greatly missed.
Pat is survived by her husband Edward Kwiatkowski, son; Jamie Kwiatkowski, daughters; Patti Kwiatkowski (O’Flynn), April Kwiatkowski, grandchildren; Catlin, Colby and Bailey O’Flynn, Raelle and Jessica Lowe, mother; Margaret Lust, sisters; Linda Thideman (Lloyd), children; Delbert, Shirley, Tracey, Shelley, Erin. Jackie Garvin (Clare), children Rodney, Elden, Darren. Helen Heppner (Roger), children Jason, Trente, Tony. Darlene Braconnier (Bob), children Shayne, Eldon, Ryan. Carol Harvey (Gary), children Chris, Jamie, brothers; John Lust (Sandra), children Robyn, Candice, Jeff, Crystal. Jim Lust, children John and Troy.
She was predeceased by her father Jack Lust.
A funeral was held on January 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Clayton’s Funeral Chapel with Reverend Teri Meyer officiating.
Cremation preceded the service.
A reception tea was held at West Fraser Timber Room after the service.
