August 6, 1953 - January 9, 2019
Rick passed peacefully in the Port Angeles, WA hospital on January 9, 2019.

He loved being with family and was always in the game for the best and last laugh.

Disposition:

Good looking, with beautiful brown eyes, lean and wirey, weighing a soaking wet 120 pounds at best.

Likes:

Hot rods, drag racing, NASCAR, telling stories, tinkering and tinkling, providing "fix-it" advise, making people laugh and drinking beer

Dislikes:

Veggies, goodie 2 shoes, giraffes in windows, sasquatch visits, being told what to do

Hobbies:

Building hot rods, car shows, WTF Radio co-host, stand- up comic, playing harmonica

Favourite Food:

Beer, bacon & eggs, chicken fingers, lasagna, nuts (anything else would be politely swept aside or ignored)

Favourite Pets:

Sheba and Buddy

You are in a better place Rickard Heaton and we are all going to miss the happy, knee slapping times we have all shared with you.  You lived your life "your way".

We just go away for a while and meet up later.  Energy is not created or destroyed and we humans are full of it.....energy....we never die, we just reset and come back.
