Russell James Graff – Born September 12, 1931 passed away April 3, 2008 at the age of 76. Survived by his wife Irene and two daughters: Anna (Graff) husband Ray Johnson of Quesnel, BC, Susan (Graff) husband Gary Spencer of Midway, BC; two sons: Jim Graff wife Kathy of Kelowna, BC, Terry Graff wife Kenna of Kelowna, BC; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one sister: Betty husband Ernie Day of Kelowna, BC; sister-in-law: Ida Graff of Kelowna, one niece, two nephews, two great nieces and one great nephew. Sadly predeceased by his first wife Mary, brother Harold and grandson Russell. Russ loved sports, boating and the open road. Russ will be remembered as a legend in the forest and sawmill industries. Up until his sudden passing he was still trucking and planning to build one last mill. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC with Ed Birk officiating.
