Farewell Sherry.
A memorial service in loving memory of Sherry was held at the Bethel Church on Thursday, August 6, 2009. Pastor Cliff Siebert delivered the Eulogy before many family and friends. Inez McGowan graced everyone with beautiful songs and Sherry’s partner, Gilles Durand presented a tribute to Sherry. Many people travelled from Calgary, Edmonton and Whitecourt, Alberta, Kitimat, Penticton, Quesnel Lake and Prince George to be with Sherry and her family.
Sherry will be forever remembered by her partner, Gilles, son Brent, daughter Ashlee, mom Eileen and sisters, Bev, Lorie and Lyn. She is predeceased by dad, Walter and niece, Jennah. The family’s heartfelt thanks are extended to Dr. Grapes and his staff from the Holley Clinic, many nurses and staff of G.R. Baker Hospital and Clayton’s Funeral Directors for their caring and support.
