Dad passed away peacefully on Thursday morning April 3, 2014 at the G.R Baker Hospital in Quesnel.
Our father was a real man’s man, True Grit. He was his own boss, who didn’t take orders from others. He was a self made man.
He was in the logging, construction and trucking business. His favourite ventures were in mining. He loved working out in the bush looking for that mountain of gold.
Tex will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife Joan, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother John, many other relatives and friends.
He is predeceased by wife Sue, daughter Terry, brothers, Spike, Max and Carl.
