In loving memory ~
With sadness for our loss, but gratitude for her life, we announce that our much loved Mom passed away peacefully after a short illness, and a long life.
Quesnel was Mom's home from the age of 14. Here, she met and married our Dad, Charlie, and raised her family. Mom filled our home with love, and laughter. She loved music, and dancing with Dad, socializing with friends and family, and participating in sports. She was a lifelong lover of ball games, and a very competitive player in her youth. She was an avid Blue Jays, hockey, and curling fan. She was rightfully proud of her long service award for her dedication to the Legion Auxiliary.
Mom welcomed everyone, and effortlessly fed and entertained any visitors, expected or not. She loved her family.
Violet is predeceased by her husband Charles, her grandson Rod, parents, Harold and Mary Inscho, and 8 siblings. She is survived by her children Randy (Pat), Bruce, Valerie Jean (Earl), and Roger. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren Sean (Callum and Carter), Jeff (Greyson), Jodi (Walter and Clark), Josh, Ryan, and Brodie. Also survived by her brother Everette (Dorothy) and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and no service is planned at this time.
