In Loving Memory ~
Enid passed away November 24, 2021 at the age of 98. She was born in Vancouver and came to Alexandria as a school teacher in the 1940s.
She spent the rest of her long teaching career in Quesnel, proudly teaching for many years at Helen Dixon Elementary School. She was also an elected Chairperson of the Quesnel School Board.
In Quesnel Enid met her loving husband Keith (m.1947), and they celebrated 69 years of marriage. They raised four children together in Quesnel.
Enid loved teaching, fashion, music, gardening, caring for her grandchildren, and square dancing. Enid and Keith spent many winters travelling to Arizona to square dance and enjoy the sunshine.
Enid was predeceased by her daughter Linda, brother Len, and the love of her life Keith.
Enid will be dearly missed by her sister Eunice, son Eric, daughters Dawn and Dana, nephews, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, students and friends.
The family would like to thank the compassionate, exceptional staff at Dunrovin Park Lodge for their care of Enid and Keith.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
