It is with great sorrow we announce the peaceful passing of William (Willy) Andreychuk, after a lengthy battle with cancer. William was predeceased by his daughter, Kimberly in 1976, brothers D'Metro, Steve, sisters, Kathrina, Marina and Wilme.
William is survived by his loving wife, Gayle of 52 years, son, Ryan, daughter-in-law, Anita, granddaughters Kelsi and Camryn, sisters, Toni Taylor, Pauline Schmautz (Lloyd) of Williams Lake and many nieces and nephews.
William was born and raised in Wells, B.C., the second youngest of 8 children. After William and Gayle toured for 2 years with "The Best of Barkerville", they resided in Burnaby for 5 years but the pull of the Cariboo called them back and they moved to Quesnel in 1972 where their son was born. They built their cabin at Horsefly Lake in 1979, and enjoyed their summers there,
selling in 2018 due to declining health. William worked in the forest industry, retiring at the age of 65.

There will be no service by request. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the charity of your choice. William will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
