William Roy 'Billy' Lowery

February 10, 1972 - August 11, 2019
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of beloved brother and son, Bill Lowery. Billy was born in Quesnel and has lived in Vancouver for a few year, he spent 6 years in Victoria working for the Municipality of Saanich and Esquimalt. He later moved back to Quesnel and started working for his life long friend, Jay. Bill is predeceased by his father, Bill Lowery (2006). He leaves behind his mother, Bonnie Lowery (Dave); Victoria, BC and his sister, Tracy Lowery; Calgary, AB. He also leaves behind many cousins, aunts, and uncles from Vancouver, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He loved and cherished his friends with his whole heart, you all meant the world to him. Bill had been very happy the last several months having met the love of his life, Kirsten, thank you Kirsten for making him feel all the love and happiness he so deserved.
RIP we will always always love you, Bill.
A celebration of life will be held at The Legion Wednesday August 21st from 2pm to 5pm.
