Yvonne May "Bonnie' Sales

The family of Bonnie Sales sadly announces her passing on August 24, 2022, at the Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, B.C. She was 91 years old.
Bonnie was predeceased by her husband, J.W. (Bill) Sales in 1991. She is survived by her brother, Ted Morey, of P.E.I., her daughter Lynn Smith (Rick), of Quesnel and her son, G.W. (Bill) Sales, (Dawn) of Kamloops. She is survived, also, by 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, all of whom were her pride and joy. She loved to be amongst all of the noise and chatter at the large family gatherings, no matter how loud it became.
Bonnie was an avid sports enthusiast. She played baseball and basketball as a teenager and young lady. She curled and golfed into her senior years. Bonnie also had a passion for theatre, music and dancing.
She resided the last 5 years at Chartwell, Ridgepointe in Kamloops. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the management and staff for their care and compassion over those years.
A celebration of life is being held in Kamloops at 2 PM on October 8, 2022, at Valleyview Bible Church, 2386 Trans Canada Hwy, East Frontage Rd.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimer's Society of B.C.
