From what I understand from the Dick Harris campaign, the Conservative government did spend a billion dollars on community projects.
And guess what? That billion was spent in the federal riding of Cariboo-Prince George.
In fact, over $1.3 billion has been spent in our communities right here over the past five years, ever since the Conservatives formed government. Don’t know about Mr. Simpson, but I want more of that same attention for our region. I’ve been around a long time and never can I remember this kind of federal funding coming back to this riding. What I can’t figure out is where Mr. Simpson has been?
I’m just an ordinary local but I did my homework so I can vote knowledgeably May 2.
