I recently joined the auxiliary volunteers at the G.R. Baker Memorial Hospital about two weeks ago and I’m just amazed and in total awe of how dedicated and hardworking volunteers there are.
Of the volunteers I’ve met so far, each one has different duties, many hours spent at the hospital.
In all these years, I never realized how much the hospital receives from this organization. They constantly and tirelessly raise money by having bake sales (Dec. 9), run the gift shop (excellent finds), recycle tag sale and so on. They truly care.
Unbelievable they would like to do more, but they need more volunteers. The rewards they achieve are for all of us, for our hospital.
I personally and sincerely thank everyone.
