Quesnel resident knows things must change

‘I realize change must happen is somebody’s back yard’

Editor,

I am writing about the AR-1 North-South Interconnector.

Having lives in the 500 block of Murphy Street for the past 45 years, I, like my neighbours, am quite apprehensive about any change to my neighbourhood.

Having driven truck here for 47 years, I am well acquainted with Carson Avenue and Front Street.

Local traffic may decrease some in the future because of a limited fibre supply, but traffic will do nothing but increase.

We all know something must change.

I realize change must happen is somebody’s “backyard”.

Here’s hoping I live long enough to enjoy my new highway frontage.
