I am a senior citizen and don’t like to drive after dark.
Imagine my surprise when there is no taxi available in Quesnel on Christmas day.
The taxi company informed me they closed at 5 p.m. Christmas eve and did not re-open until sometime Boxing Day.
Also there was no Operation Red Nose in Quesnel.
When a taxi company is given a license shouldn’t they be required to provide a minimum service on all days of the year?
And for people who had a few drinks how were they supposed to get home?
