Taylor Cherry from Vanderhoof, formerly of Quesnel, took top prize in the first divison at this weekend’s barrel racing event at Alex Fraser Park.
She won $392 riding Whisper.
Other local money winners include Gabrielle Fouty, Danielle Gamache, Caitlin Olson, Chelsea Brears, Teresa Pedersen, Geneen Becker, Emma Langevin and Debbie Roch, who is also the race producer.
