The Quesnel Jacks senior men’s baseball team took the first game of their quarter-finals best of three set, 21-11 against the Westwood Sports Pub Predators.

The Jacks sealed the win in the bottom of the fifth inning in their last at-bat.

Down 11-8, the Jacks rallied for four runs on three hits to squeak by with a 12-11 win.

Leading the way for the Jacks at the plate was Will Quarry with three runs batted in and Joey McDonald had a pair.

The Jacks can take the series Friday night at Citizen Field in Prince George.  Game time is 9 p.m.
