Quesnel is such a well-rounded community and it is full of people giving back. This is no different at Quesnel Technics Gymnastics. At the recent Gymnastics BC Awards night three members were recognized for their exceptional work with sports.

Dallin Ziemer was recognized for her continued support of inclusive athletics. She strives to provide the best programming but is truly focused on unique ability programming. Dallin received the GFA (Gymnastics For All) Inclusivity Award for the province of B.C.

Lisa Laundry was recognized for her commitment to gymnastics throughout the years. Being an athlete led her to becoming a coach and a judge. She sits on the local gymnastics committee as well as a provincial-level judging committee. Her dedication to giving back and supporting local gymnastics had Gymnastics BC present her with the Member of Distinction Award for 2022.

Jade Kotzer and Lisa Laundry were also recognized for their years of judging the sport. Jade was presented with her 20-year pin for judging and Lisa with her 15-year pin.

Our community has so many wonderful coaches and volunteers and gymnastics is no exception.
