The Quesnel Thunder midget hockey team took home a secondd-place finish at am eight-team tournament in Kamloops last weekend.
The Thunder made it to the tournament final after going 3-1 during round robin play.
In the tournament final, the Thunder lost 6-3 to the team from Revelstoke.
Revelstoke had already beaten the Thunder 7-6 in round-robin action.
The Thunder posted a 7-4 win against Nakusp, an 8-0 win against Kelowna and an 8-2 win against Vanderhoof.
On the scoresheet the Thunder were led by Joshua Mack with six goals and nine assists. Captain Nick McIver contributed seven goals and Cole Thibault added five more goals.
